Round Times:
Swiss: 80 minutes then finish active turn
Top Cut: 2 hours then finish active turn
Prizing:

Top 4: Custom Playmat
Top 8: Store Credit (to be calculated based on attendance)
Proxies are allowed as long as they clearly display the Oracle text of the card and match the thickness of the rest of the deck.
